Bolton One is a speculative modern bulk distribution center located just outside the Interstate 270 loop in Columbus, Ohio. The proposed warehouse is unrelated to the airport and will not be intended for airport use. It will encompass a 332,515-square-foot building set on 24.52 acres and contain 33 dock door locations with a 32-foot clear height. The project will benefit from a 10-year, seventy-five percent enterprise tax abatement.
