The Aviation Distribution Center is a 274,000-square-foot warehouse building in Airpark International in Hebron, Kentucky. The project is located near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, less than a mile from Interstates 71, 75, and 275 in the Cincinnati MSA.

UPS, the world’s largest package delivery company and a leader in supply chain services, quickly occupied the entire building. The distribution center features 27 dock positions with levelers and 12’x14′ drive-in doors. There are 127 car parking spaces with the option of expanding to 211 and 30 future trailer parking spaces. Perimeter walls are precast concrete panels with a smooth painted finish.
