Aviation Distribution Center
The Aviation Distribution Center is a 274,000-square-foot warehouse building in Airpark International, Hebron, Kentucky. The project is less than one mile from Interstates 71, 75 and 275 in the Cincinnati MSA, near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. VanTrust was the first group to come into the Cincinnati market since the Great Recession and start a speculative industrial building, and without any signed tenants. The building was soon fully occupied by UPS, the world’s largest package delivery and a leader in supply chain services. Construction on the center included 27 dock positions fully equipped with levelers and 12’x14’ drive-in doors. 127 car parking spaces were included with the ability to expand up to 211 car parking spaces and 30 future trailer parking spaces. Perimeter walls are precast concrete panels with a smooth painted finish.
