As Senior Director of Development Services for VanTrust’s Columbus office, Ryan Lidke’s primary responsibilities include working closely with the development team to plan, direct, coordinate and oversee construction projects. Ryan will be highly involved in the procuring, engagement and administration of third-party commercial contractors and consultants. 

Working in the real estate industry since 2000, Ryan’s commercial construction and development experience includes a wide variety of product types such as office, industrial, retail, medical office, and mixed-use developments. At VanTrust, Ryan incorporates his general contracting and development background to coordinate all aspects of design and construction. By leveraging his experience and industry relationships, Ryan has an innate ability to ensure budget, quality with timely delivery, which will favorably work toward our clients’ advantage.
