Karl Ley is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of projects in a variety of product types and markets served by VanTrust Real Estate. 

Karl possesses commercial development and construction experience in a wide variety of product types including office, industrial, retail, medical office, multifamily residential, and institutional. Prior to joining VanTrust, Karl oversaw project management for an integrated design-build firm where he was responsible for design management and project delivery. 

Karl is a licensed engineer and Past-President of the Marquette Alumni Club of Kansas City. In 2008, Karl was recognized by the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) as a Designated Design-Build Professional™. Karl presently serves on the board for the Kansas City Chapter of N.I.C.E.
