Building 1 is a 153,000-square-foot industrial building located in Venture Park, a 200-acre industrial park in Lawrence, Kansas. Venture Park is adjacent to the East Hills Business Park, approximately 30 minutes west of Kansas City. Lawrence has an excellent regional workforce with 80% of the available labor pool having at least some college experience and 99.4% of the workforce having at least a high school diploma.

Many sustainable practices were considered and implemented in the development of this project, including access to mass transit systems, electrical vehicle charging stations, brownfield redevelopment and soil management plan, stormwater management, reduced irrigation landscaping, energy efficient envelope, low emitting materials, and construction waste management. This property offers a 70% 10-year abatement.
