Avon Landings Commerce Park, located along Ronald Reagan Parkway, encompasses approximately 58 acres and is planned for the development of three industrial buildings as part of Phase I. The park is situated on the site of a former regional airport that has been inactive for several years.

Building 2 is currently planned at approximately 245,000 square feet and will feature 24 dock doors, 4 drive-in doors, and parking capacity for approximately 40 trailer stalls. The building is designed with a 32-foot clear height to accommodate modern industrial and distribution users.
