As Director of Development Services for the Columbus office of VanTrust, Alex Lord brings more than a decade of experience in construction and development across industrial, multifamily, and higher education projects. With a strong foundation in architecture and hands-on construction management, Alex is skilled in guiding complex developments from concept through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and value at every stage.

Before joining VanTrust, Alex spent over ten years with The Opus Group, working in both the Minneapolis and Phoenix offices. His collaborative approach and technical expertise have been instrumental in delivering successful projects across multiple markets.

Alex earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Miami University in Ohio.
