As Director of Development for the Kansas City office of VanTrust, Adam is primarily responsible for the identification, evaluation, and execution of development opportunities, as well as the oversight of listing brokers and coordination with jurisdictional municipalities.

Adam has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and development. Before VanTrust, he was Director of Development for Ryan Companies, focusing on leading multifamily and commercial development pursuits in the Midwest and Kansas City regions. Adam has proved himself as a valuable asset to the real estate world, tackling the most complex challenges in development, acquisition, equity, and financing throughout Kansas and Missouri.

Adam is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
