Neovia Logistics leases space in Air 70 Logistics Park and KSI Collision Parts leases space at Avon Landings Commerce Parks
VanTrust is pleased to announce the signing of its first tenant in the industrial parks of Air 70 Logistics Park in Mt. Comfort, and its second tenant at Avon Landings Commerce Park in the town of Avon, both near Indianapolis. Neovia Logistics, a global leader in third-party logistics, operating more than 80 facilities in over 20 countries, has leased 370,000 square feet in the 800,000 square foot Air 70 Logistics Park Building I. Industry leader for quality replacement automobile body parts, KSI Collision Parts has secured 93,000 square feet in Avon Landings Building I.

Comfort and Avon are prime locations that meet current market needs and are also conveniently located with access to distribution populations and a strong labor pool. Air 70 Logistics Park, two miles from I-70 at the intersection of County Road West 400 North and 700 West, is a 132-acre master-planned industrial park that will include three buildings totaling 1.8 million square feet. VanTrust completed Building I, which encompasses 800,680 square feet. With the Neovia Logistics lease of almost half this building, 430,000 square feet remain available for lease. Cam Kucic and Brian Zurawski, of Colliers, represented VanTrust, with Grant Lindley, Dean Collins, and Mark Collins of Cushman Wakefield representing Neovia Logistics. Pepper Construction will be handling tenant-specific improvements. Air 70 Logistics Park has two remaining sites left featuring a pad-ready site for a 677,000 square-foot building and a 300,000 square-foot building.

Avon Landings Commerce Park is a 119-acre master-planned industrial park located directly on Ronald Reagan Parkway. VanTrust completed Avon Landings Building I, which is a 332,000 square-foot building. With the KSI Collision Parts lease, 81,000 square feet remain available in the building. Tenants in the Park include Sephora and ORVA. VanTrust has two remaining sites within the park that can support 245,000 square-foot and150,000 square-foot buildings.
