VanTrust Columbus Continues Strong Development and Leasing Momentum

VanTrust Fully Leases New Albany Tech Park 300 and Plans to Start Two More Buildings

VanTrust Real Estate, LLC continues to build on its strong momentum in Central Ohio, announcing that New Albany 300, a 300,400-square-foot industrial facility currently under construction at 12550 Jug Street in The New Albany International Business Park, is now fully leased ahead of its June completion.

Building on that success, VanTrust has broken ground on New Albany 302, a 302,400-square-foot speculative facility slated for delivery by year-end. New Albany 302 represents the final development within VanTrust’s 500-acre New Albany Tech Park portfolio. In addition, the firm is preparing to break ground on BoltonTwo, the second of two speculative industrial buildings in southwest Columbus, adjacent to Bolton Field. Near the intersection of Alkire Road and Norton Road, the project will deliver 338,290 square feet of Class A industrial space.

Construction on BoltonTwo is expected to begin in May, with delivery targeted for January 2027. The building will be delivered as a speculative, Class A industrial facility designed to accommodate a range of tenant needs. Both Bolton projects were designed by RED Architecture, with Pepper Construction serving as general contractor. Leasing is led by Beau Taggart of KBC Advisors and Mike Hurd of Cushman & Wakefield.

“VanTrust’s commitment to thoughtful, community-focused development continues to drive strong results,” said Anna Brown, Director of Development in Columbus. “We look forward to delivering the same level of success with both New Albany 302 and BoltonTwo.”

New Albany 302, designed by RED Architecture and scheduled for completion in December 2026, will build on the success of New Albany 300. Gordian Construction serves as general contractor. Leasing for New Albany 302 is led by Michael Linder and Jonathan Schuen of Colliers.

“New Albany continues to attract companies looking to scale and invest in a forward-thinking community,” Brown added. “Demand from users in the market remains strong, and we’re seeing continued interest from companies prioritizing this location. We are confident that New Albany 302 will mirror the success of New Albany 300.”
