VanTrust Welcomes Mike Wiber as Senior Director of Development Services

VanTrust Real Estate, LLC (VanTrust), a full-service commercial real estate development company, has added Mike Wiber as senior director of development services. Wiber will be based in VanTrust’s Dallas office, where he will leverage his project management expertise to plan, direct, coordinate and supervise the delivery of VanTrust projects in collaboration with the company’s Development Team. VanTrust is an industry leader in major Texas markets including Dallas-Fort Worth, El Paso, San Antonio, Austin and Houston.

With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Wiber has managed healthcare, higher education, federal government, life sciences and commercial office projects. Throughout his career, he has held long-term roles as Senior Project Manager for both the Beck Group on its design-build and IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) projects and most recently, with Swinerton Builders in Dallas, where he also served as Healthcare Market Lead.

Wiber is actively involved as a member in the Association of Medical Facilities Professionals, the U.S. Green Building Council and Ripple Intent Dallas, which gives executives tools for an engaged, productive, and fulfilled workforce. He is also certified in the OSHA 30-hour training program for best safety practices in the workplace and is a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) by the American Hospital Association.

Wiber earned his Master of Business Administration from Pittsburg State University, a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University.
