Mike Wiber joined the Dallas VanTrust team as Senior Director of Development Services in January 2025. Mike plans, directs, coordinates, and supervises the effective delivery of VanTrust projects in close collaboration with the development team.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Mike spent over 15 years working in project management for the Beck Group on design-build and (Integrated Project Delivery) IPD projects. Most recently, he served as Senior Project Manager and Healthcare Market Lead for Swinerton Builders in Dallas. His impressive experience spans various market types including healthcare, higher education, federal government, life sciences and commercial office.

Mike graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Pittsburg State University.
