VanTrust Signs New Tenant to Exchange Logistics Park at I-85 in Anderson County, South Carolina

Dimontonate USA selects this Class A industrial complex for its strategic location in a region experiencing tremendous growth

VanTrust Real Estate, LLC. is pleased to welcome Dimontonate USA, LLC to Exchange Logistics Park at I-85 in Anderson County, South Carolina. A leader in the production of flocked materials and the expertise to help products stand out in a crowded marketplace, Dimontonate USA has leased 52,000 square feet in Building 3 of the industrial park. This latest lease signing will increase the occupancy of the building to 60 percent.

Other tenants in the park include Bosch, a leading global supplier of technology and services, and CHEP USA, a supply chain partner for many well-known brands and companies.
