The state-of-the-art, Class AA office project will appeal to today’s workforce with connectivity, best-in-class amenities and walkability to Addison’s acclaimed entertainment district
VanTrust Real Estate, LLC (VanTrust), a full-service commercial real estate development company, announces that it has commenced its search for an anchor tenant for the forthcoming Arapaho Station, a transformative, Class AA office development in the heart of Addison’s vibrant community. The 11-story, 264,599-square-foot office building at 15555 North Dallas Parkway will be customized to serve today’s sophisticated tenants and help companies attract and retain today’s workforce with a best-in-class, modern and luxurious workplace.
The project will be conveniently located at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Arapaho Road and just two minutes from the Addison Transit Center and DART’s future, $2.1 billion Silver Line rail service. VanTrust will break ground on the development once it has secured an anchor tenant.
“Today’s employees demand flexibility and convenience, and our anchor tenant and other companies who join them will be able to easily draw top talent by offering a completely upgraded office experience with a central location at the lower Dallas North Tollway,” said Bill Baumgardner, executive vice president at VanTrust. “Arapaho Station’s location near both the new DART Silver Line and the Addison Airport will provide companies and their teams with a combination of cutting-edge workspaces and connectivity no other office building in the area can offer.”
Addison, long recognized as an urban oasis with a wide array of restaurants, entertainment options, retail and legendary annual events, will directly appeal to today’s employees. Arapaho Station neighbors the Addison Transit Station, which will connect riders directly to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport via the DART Silver Line. Arapaho Station tenants will also enjoy walkability to Addison’s acclaimed entertainment district, which includes Addison Circle, more than 200 restaurants, retail shops and services all within a 2-mile radius. Arapaho Station is also conveniently located between key destinations like Dallas and Frisco along the Dallas North Tollway.
Each office floor at Arapaho Station will encompass up to 27,000 rentable square feet, and key features of the building will include a top-floor amenity deck featuring an indoor/outdoor lounge.
Other amenities will include a state-of-the-art conference and training facility, a collaborative indoor lounge, an onsite café and a full-service fitness center with locker rooms.
“VanTrust’ s investment in Addison signifies a commitment to our city’s office sector and our community,” said Wayne Emerson, Director of Economic Development for the Town of Addison. “Companies can easily tap into the area’s strong talent pool by offering a contemporary office destination experience in one of North Texas’ most prime locations. Arapaho Station’s customizable office spaces, the nearby DART rail and our city’s plentiful lifestyle amenities will enrich the everyday experiences of our corporate residents.”
