VanTrust Real Estate Further Expands into the Indianapolis Area

Property developed in Greenwood leased by Mastin & Cain

The company is pleased to announce expansion into the Greenwood, Indiana, market with the development of property located at 764 N Graham Road. Mastin & Cain, a third-party logistics provider headquartered in Shelbyville, has signed a multi-year lease for the 511,680 square-foot building, The firm will be the sole resident, and will take immediate occupancy. The building in Greenwood is the third property that VanTrust has developed in the Indianapolis area.

We know that Mastin & Can will bring added value to the region and further its economic growth. ”

Development of the Greenwood property was completed in late 2018, with the Columbus office of VanTrust supervising the project. Real estate brokers Steve Schwegman and Matt Dickerson of JLL brokerage firm represented VanTrust, while Jeff Castell of Cushman & Wakefield represented Mastin & Cain. Both brokerage firms are located in Indianapolis.

We chose this location in partnership with our client, Knauf Insulation, also in Shelbyville, because it made sense from a logistics point-of-view.”

The Greenwood 500 building, constructed of precast concrete panels, sits on 37.5 acres in the Southpoint Business Park. It offers 294 car parking spaces and has immediate access to I-65.
