To support this initiative, adds highly experienced analyst Anna Brown to development team
Recently ranked by Business First as Central Ohio’s top commercial real estate developer for 2022, VanTrust Real Estate, LLC announces plans to explore additional development opportunities. Building on its strong track record in the Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Louisville markets, the company now sets its sights on other areas within the surrounding region. To further this initiative, VanTrust is pleased to welcome experienced real estate professional Anna Brown to the development team.
“We are always evaluating new markets but the projects we currently oversee keep us very busy,” said Andy Weeks, executive vice president of VanTrust. “Growing our team will help us explore additional areas for new development ventures. That’s why we are so delighted to have Anna join our development team. She will not only assist us with current projects, but will also, along with other team members, focus on seeking out new opportunities.”
Brown has substantial experience in the real estate investment arena, joining VanTrust from her associate position in the Chicago office of Stockbridge, where she provided analytical and asset management support for a large portfolio of industrial, retail and office assets. She also assisted with lease negotiations and coordinated owner, broker and legal discussions, while evaluating the financial strength of tenants and selected markets. Prior to joining Stockbridge, Brown served as a financial analyst at Realogic Analytics, Inc. in Chicago, analyzing assets around operational, contractual and make- leasing concerns. She also coordinated in-depth acquisition and due diligence inquiries, and executed audits of seller-provided underwriting models.

In addition, as a graduate from The Ohio State University, I’m excited to return to Central Ohio and get started!”
VanTrust will be exploring prospects in cities that include, but are not limited to, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Detroit, and Lexington. “We will be especially looking at locations with easy access to the Columbus area,” noted Weeks. “With the addition of Anna to the development team, the future looks bright. We value her expertise, and know that she will be a huge asset as we evaluate locations that will complement our current portfolio and support future development plans.”
