Tricia Paulson joined VanTrust in 2023 as the Project Controls Manager.  She has extensive experience in construction management by implementing efficient systems for the flow of documents and communications during the project. Her focus for 7 years was to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects within budget. Before joining the VanTrust team and returning to the industry, Tricia spent 13 years working for the Olathe School District.

As the Project Controls Manager, Tricia provides support to the Development and Development Services teams. Her key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of construction contracts and consultant agreements. She also monitors compliance, reviews and processes payment applications, tracks vendor invoices and much more pertaining to the development process.

Tricia received her Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Central Missouri followed by a Masters of General and Special Education from Emporia State University.
