Tammey Dugan assists the VanTrust finance team in obtaining development and construction financing for VanTrust projects in her role as Senior Director of Finance. This includes providing support for the origination, negotiation, and management of VanTrust’s loan portfolio.

Tammey brings to VanTrust over twenty years of experience in real estate lending and credit structuring. She spent twenty years as a senior underwriter in the commercial real estate group at JPMorgan. Additionally, she has experience with troubled asset management and disposition.
