As Director of Development Services for the Columbus office of VanTrust, Pete Gray collaborates closely with the development team to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee the successful delivery of VanTrust projects. Pete is highly involved in the procurement and oversight of third-party designers, engineers, consultants and commercial contractors.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Pete was a Senior Project Manager with over fifteen years of experience in commercial construction across multiple markets and regions. Pete was responsible for managing design teams, budgets, schedules, and the overall project execution while keeping in mind the specific goals of each client. Pete’s past successes and experiences at VanTrust demonstrate his dedication to fostering working relationships that prioritize mutual respect, foster productive collaboration, and ensure the overall success of each project objective.

Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Systems Management and a minor in City & Regional Planning from The Ohio State University. He is recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design & Construction. Pete is also a graduate of the Rising Leaders Institute of the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio.
