Kiran Shivaramu joined the Dallas VanTrust team as Senior Director of Development Services in July 2024. He has over 24 years of commercial design & construction experience. Kiran’s background in design, construction, and owner representation enable him to plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise the effective delivery of VanTrust projects in close collaboration with the development team.
Prior to joining VanTrust, Kiran served as Director of Projects at Broaddus & Associates, where he provided project advisory and program management services for several Healthcare clients in DFW metroplex. He has extensive experience working on mixed-use, office, retail, hospitality, education, and healthcare projects.
Kiran is a LEED Accredited Professional who holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in Construction Engineering & Management.
