Jen Conyers has been an integral part of the VanTrust Dallas team since 2019, beginning her career as Office Manager. In 2026, she was promoted to Manager, Real Estate, reflecting her expanded role within the development team. In her current position, Jen supports a wide range of development projects across VanTrust’s Texas portfolio, assisting with project coordination, proposal preparation, and the administrative and financial components of development from inception through completion.

Jen brings more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate and has managed over two million square feet of Class A office space across the Dallas market. Prior to joining VanTrust, she worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Property Administrator, where she supported VanTrust-owned assets and was responsible for accounting functions, vendor and contract management, and tenant relations. Demonstrating a strong commitment to professional growth, Jen proactively pursued a development-focused career path, which included completing her bachelor’s degree and becoming an active member of the Dallas chapters of NAIOP and CREW.

Jen earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University.
