Hunter Lake joined the VanTrust Salt Lake City office in July 2024. As Real Estate Manager, Hunter is responsible for assisting in all aspects of development projects including identification and evaluation of build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities, preparation of responses to proposals, project economics and oversight of the design and construction teams.

Hunter brings a fresh perspective and a proactive attitude to his role. Although he is new to this position, his passion for real estate and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to our company. His educational background helped him develop a strong foundation in finance, management, and strategic planning.

Hunter earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.
