As Executive Vice President of Development for VanTrust’s Salt Lake City office, Chris McCluskey’s primary responsibilities include the identification, evaluation, and execution of speculative development and build-to-suit opportunities in VanTrust’s primary asset classes. Coordination with municipalities, lease negotiations, and management of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors are among his additional responsibilities. 

Prior to joining VanTrust, Chris was a Project Manager in Land Development at Jacobs Engineering. During his tenure there, he was responsible for the oversight and direction of engineering designs, due diligence, feasibility packages, and the completion of surveying services for a wide range of product types.
