Sephora’s western distribution center will be located on 120 acres in North Las Vegas near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The Tropical Distribution Center will be located adjacent to Amazon’s recently announced 2.4 million-square-foot fulfillment center. Both facilities, as well as the associated site work and adjacent public roadways, are being developed by VanTrust Real Estate.
