Tammey Dugan assists the VanTrust finance team in securing development and construction financing for the VanTrust projects. This includes supporting the origination, negotiation, closing and management of the VanTrust loan portfolio. 

Tammey comes to VanTrust with more than 20 years of real estate lending and credit structuring experience. She worked with JPMorgan for 20 years where she was senior underwriter in the commercial real estate group. She also comes to the company with experience in troubled asset management and disposition. 

She is originally from Ohio, but has lived in Phoenix since 1995. Outside of the office, Tammey spends a lot of time with her two kids being active by traveling and enjoying the outdoors. Additionally, she and her family are always trying to find ways to give back to the local community. Most recent volunteering at Homeward Bound and UMOM.
