Angie Prine joined VanTrust in 2022 as Office Manager and transitioned to Asset Enhancement in 2024. As Manager of Asset Enhancement, Angie’s primary responsibility is to optimize value for all completed projects as well as those that are in development by protecting the interest of the owners through the effective management of real estate assets. This involves working with internal and external partners, such as property managers, leasing agents, construction managers, accountants, architects and various vendors. Her focus is to achieve optimal cash flow by attaining the best operating results for the asset, whether it is office, retail, multi-family, recreation, land or industrial.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Angie worked in property management for twelve years. Angie earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University.
