First Phase of VanTrust’s Bolton Field Project Fully Leased

Bolton One fully leased, Bolton Two construction planned for 2026

VanTrust Real Estate, LLC. has fully leased the first of two speculative industrial buildings at Alkire Road and Norton Roads, adjacent to Bolton Field, in Columbus. York Wallcoverings, Inc. of York, Pennsylvania has leased 144,694 square feet. Sage Sustainable Logistics LLC, a Columbus-based electronics sustainability firm, has leased 101,485 square feet. Both companies executed leases in the third quarter of 2025 and are expected to take occupancy in early 2026. A Columbus-based professional electronics supply company occupies the remaining 86,350 square feet.

“Demand for well-located industrial space in the Columbus market remains steady, and Bolton Field continues to attract users seeking access to the I-270 loop and the region’s workforce,” said Anna Brown, development manager at VanTrust. “We are pleased to have Bolton One fully leased and look forward to delivering a second speculative building on the site.”

“Bolton Field offers an efficient location for our operations and supports our plans for continued growth,” said Steve Prizio, VP of Warehousing & Logistics, of York Design Group. “The Columbus market provides the workforce and transportation access we need, and Bolton One positions us to serve our customers more effectively across the country.”

RED Architecture designed the Bolton Field building, and Pepper Construction served as the general contractor. Bolton Two is a pad-ready site that will include approximately 330,000 square feet of Class A industrial space, available for BTS or speculative construction. VanTrust is expected to commence construction in 2026.
