Extenet Systems Secures Entire Floor in The Offices Three at Frisco Station

The leading communications infrastructure company is expanding its DFW footprint.

VanTrust Real Estate, LLC, office developer of Frisco Station, has added ExteNet Systems to The Offices Three at Frisco Station. Located at the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway, this 210,000-square-foot, Class A speculative building is the third of five planned office buildings in the office district at Frisco Station, a 242-acre mixed-use development.

“The Offices Three is a premier location for companies like ExteNet Systems, offering accessible amenities and a community that was built to support continued growth and expansion,” said Chris McCluskey, vice president of development at VanTrust Real Estate. “By tapping into Frisco Station’s unique connectivity to major thoroughfares and expansive walkability to retail and restaurants, ExteNet Systems will be able to capitalize on the North Platinum Corridor that is exploding with new infrastructure investment.”

The six-story, mid-rise office tower, The Offices Three at Frisco Station, gives building residents access to structured parking, a fitness center, conference center and upgraded tenant lounge. Beyond these featured amenities, Frisco Station offers its customers access to acres of parks that enable a one-of-a-kind work environment. With a master plan in place to have integrated 5G throughout, the green space will eventually have the infrastructure to reduce latency and provide high-speed connections and reliability like never before. Building residents will ultimately be able to utilize both indoor and outdoor workspaces, resulting in increased productivity for all. Additionally, Frisco Station is adjacent to the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters and is within walking distance to more than 50 retail, restaurant and entertainment options at The Star.

ExteNet Systems is the second lease for The Offices Three, which opened in the spring of last year. The Offices Three’s companions, The Offices Two and The Offices One, have almost reached full occupancy, each currently 95% leased. To continue the momentum in the Office District, Frisco Station is planning 5 million square feet of additional office space, eventually having office employment numbers exceeding 15,000.

VanTrust Real Estate was represented by Clint Madison, John Fancher and Cynthia Cowen of Cushman & Wakefield. ExteNet Systems was represented by Todd Schaefer, Robert Blount and Scott Hage of JLL.
