Construction has begun on the Class A, 108,000-square-foot Office building on the Creative Campus at 5400 W. 110th Street. The new building is scheduled to be complete in the third quarter of 2021 and will bring the total campus footprint to 335,750 square feet.
The wealth management firm currently occupies the entire five-story 125,000-square-foot building on the northeast corner of the Campus. They also share the 102,750-square-foot building to the east with HCA Midwest Health’s headquarters.
“Starting construction on this building in these times is very exciting for us,” said Peter Mallouk, Chief Executive Officer of Creative Planning. “This final building will complete our Campus and we are very excited to expand our roster of high-quality tenants.”
The entire building will be available for lease with RJ Trowbridge of the JLL Kansas City office overseeing the marketing efforts. VanTrust Real Estate, who developed the first two phases of the CreativeCampus, is also developing this final phase on behalf of Creative Planning.
