VanTrust Real Estate, LLC (VanTrust), a full-service commercial real estate development company, announces the addition of Max Mueller as senior director of development in its Dallas office. In his new role, Mueller will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing development and build-to-suit opportunities in VanTrust’s primary asset classes. He will coordinate with municipalities, engage in leasing negotiations, and manage architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
Before joining VanTrust, Mueller held a long-term position at Chicago-based Logistics Property Company, LLC, where he focused on industrial development throughout Texas and Mexico. In addition, he has also had stints at Ridge Development, supporting development of more than 2.5 million square feet across all sectors and as an intern with Majestic Realty Company where he worked on redevelopment efforts for the Fort Worth Stockyards.

Mueller is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the North Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS® (NTCAR) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He’s also an active volunteer at the SPCA of Texas, providing care to shelter animals, and the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Texas Christian University.
