Latest leases at multi-tenant office building demonstrate that demand for best-of-class space remains robust
VanTrust is pleased to announce that two new tenants have been signed to its 140,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building, Landings III, in the Blue Ash suburb of Cincinnati. Fortune 500 company Insight Enterprises, an industry-recognized solutions integrator helping clients accelerate their digital journey, leased 13,700 square feet. A technology arm of Fortune 500 Fox Corporation, who produces and distributes compelling news, sports and entertainment content through its iconic domestic brands and streaming services, signed a lease for 6,500 square feet of space, and is expected to take occupancy in June.
“We are thrilled those two giants in their respective industries have chosen Landings III to expand their businesses,” said Andy Weeks, executive vice president of VanTrust. “Over the last 12 months, we have signed six new tenants at Landings. which provides direct evidence that best-in-class office space is still in high demand.”
Landings III was built on a speculative basis in the Blue Ash submarket of Cincinnati. Since then, tenants such as Stifel, Raymond James, Truepoint Wealth Management, and Advarra have leased space in the building, with some smaller suites still available. The site offers convenient surface and structured parking and features leading-edge workspaces with full-height windows, high ceiling heights, and mechanical systems designed to accommodate open ceiling concepts.
Matt Michel, Vice President of Real Estate of Fox Corporation, is enthusiastic about the new office space. “At Fox, we are focused on developing and spreading our content to more and more consumers. Pulling from great local talent, the Midwest is the right location to grow this strategic business unit, and our new office are the ideal environment to meet the various needs and desires of our team members.”
Scott Abernethy of Cushman Wakefield was the broker for VanTrust. Matt Smyth at Colliers served as broker for Insight Direct, while Rose Goering, Peter Snow and Eric Duncanson at Cushman represented Fox Corporation.
