VanTrust Real Estate, LLC (VanTrust), a full-service commercial real estate development company, announces the promotion of Jen Conyers to real estate manager in its Dallas office. She will support a wide range of projects across VanTrust’s Texas portfolio, including commercial and office developments.
In her new role, Conyers will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, engaging with municipalities, and managing architects, engineers, consultants and contractors. She is actively involved in all phases of the commercial real estate development process, from identifying and evaluating opportunities, to managing and delivering both build-to-suit and speculative projects. Conyers leads project coordination, proposal preparation, and the administrative and financial components of development from inception through completion, and to date has managed over two million square feet of Class A office space across the Dallas market.
“Jen brings over 13 years of commercial real estate experience and has been an instrumental part of the VanTrust team since 2019,” said Bill Baumgardner, executive vice president of development at VanTrust and head of the company’s Dallas office. “Her leadership, strategic insight, and deep market expertise have been critical to advancing VanTrust’s development projects in Texas, and she continues to be a driving force behind our team’s success.”
Conyers is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), CREW Dallas, a nonprofit organization for women in commercial real estate, and Ladies-in-CRE, a networking group with a mission to empower women in the Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate industry. She is also affiliated with the Texas Notary.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University.
