VanTrust Launches Second Speculative Office Building in McKinney’s Craig Ranch

VanTrust launched a second Class-A speculative office building in McKinney. McKinney Corporate Center II is a four-story, 115,000-square-foot building off Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH-121). The building is adjacent to the 120,000 square-foot McKinney Corporate Center I, providing 235,000 square feet of office space within the suburban office complex.

“Located in one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States, McKinney Corporate Center II offers access to Dallas-Fort Worth’s (DFW) premier labor force and sought-after central U.S. location,” said Bill Baumgardner, executive vice president at VanTrust and head of the company’s Texas office. “Beyond its regional location and available workforce, the building has direct connectivity to three major highway systems, SH-121, US-75 and Dallas North Tollway, and is located within one of the premier master-planned, mixed-use communities in North Texas.”  

McKinney Corporate Center II is located within the 2,200-acre Craig Ranch community. Craig Ranch offers TPC Craig Ranch Golf Course, the new home of the AT&T Byron Nelson, a fitness center and spa, running and biking trails and nearby multifamily living options and hotel accommodations. Additionally, it is situated across the street from Collin College Technical Campus. Craig Ranch and the project are six miles from McKinney National Airport, a 25-minute drive to Dallas Love Field Airport and a 30-minute drive to DFW International Airport. The building is also well-positioned for companies requiring social distancing within their spaces, or in direct proximity to their personal residences.

With direct walkability to future dining and entertainment options at the soon-to-open Hub 121, McKinney Corporate Center II will offer a fully amenitized experience for its corporate residents. It is also just a few miles from other mixed-use projects including, Stonebriar Centre, Legacy West and Frisco Station. The leasing team for the building is John Dickerson and Holden Lunsford from Holt Lunsford Commercial. VanTrust’s first building at Craig Ranch, McKinney Corporate Center I, is 100% leased to several high-quality companies.
