As Director of Development for the Dallas office of VanTrust, Tyler is primarily responsible for identifying and evaluating development and build-to-suit opportunities throughout the Texas markets.

Tyler joined VanTrust in 2021 as Director of Development Services. In this capacity, he successfully oversaw a range of projects in the industrial and office sectors, including buildings at DalParc 1-20 Logistics, Fort Worth Logistics Hub, El Paso Logistics Park, and Frisco Station. Prior to joining VanTrust, Chapman served as the senior project manager for design-build and integrated project delivery (IPD) projects at The Beck Group. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed a variety of projects, including office, multifamily, institutional and healthcare properties. He has a proven track record of leading projects through the pursuit, design, preconstruction and construction phases.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Tyler was the Senior Project Manager for Design-Build and IPD projects at The Beck Group. He has experience with numerous product types, including office, multifamily, religious, institutional, and healthcare.

Tyler graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
