As Senior Director of Development Services for VanTrust, Lucy Moreno collaborates closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of projects for VanTrust’s Science and Technology division.

Lucy has been working in the construction industry for over 24 years, with most of her career exclusively focused on design-build healthcare. A further testament to her expertise, Lucy possesses the Certified Healthcare Contractor certification. She has successfully managed numerous healthcare projects, from design to close out, effectively coordinating multidisciplinary design teams. This has provided her with a wealth of knowledge of federal, state, county, and local regulations.

Lucy is well-versed in creating and managing a complex schedule, working within strict budget parameters, providing effective communication between and with project’s key stakeholders, identifying risks, and offering cost-effective solutions in all stages of a project’s life. She also has experience in estimating, subcontractor procurement and management, material quantity take-off, cost management and impact/change order analysis.
