VanTrust Real Estate Fully Leases B1 to QTS and Begins Construction on G2 for Delivery Later This Year
VanTrust Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce that the B1 Building at New Century Commerce Center is now fully leased following a significant lease agreement with QTS. QTS, a leading provider of data center services, will occupy 756,571 SF, solidifying the momentum and growth at this thriving industrial park.
This latest lease comes as VanTrust breaks ground on the fourth building within New Century Commerce Center with Building G2 – a 356,276-square-foot speculative building set for delivery in Q3 2025. Since 2022, VanTrust has developed 1,776,153 SF at the commerce center. Brinkmann Constructors, who has successfully delivered all other buildings in the park, will be leading the construction.

In addition to the progress at Building B1, Building B2 has just under 68,000 square feet still available for lease, with two tenants, Olathe Millwork and More Flavor, already in place. The remainder of the park has 5.6 million square feet yet to be developed, offering both existing and future opportunities for businesses looking to expand in the area.
