As Senior Director of Development Services in the Kansas City office of VanTrust, Chris Doyle works closely with the development team to plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful execution of projects from concept through completion. He manages the procurement and performance of third-party designers, engineers, consultants and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to VanTrust’s quality standards.

Chris brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction and development, with a portfolio totaling nearly $1 billion in new construction across more than 6 million square feet. His background includes senior leadership positions with both developers and general contractors, where he delivered large-scale projects across product types such as industrial, mixed-use, medical, hospitality, office and institutional.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Chris served as Director of Design & Construction for Homefield Development, overseeing design and construction. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University.
