As Senior Director of Development Services for VanTrust, Tim Saxe collaborates closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of projects for VanTrust’s Science and Technology division.

With more than 25 years of experience across architecture, engineering, and construction, Tim began his career as a sports architect and structural engineer, contributing to the design of major arenas, ballparks, and collegiate football stadiums. He then spent over seven years in construction management, leading large-scale and complex projects in the sports, civic, and hospitality sectors—including the landmark Plaza Vista development. For the past eleven years, Tim has served Kansas City University, overseeing design, construction, and facilities operations across both campuses, including one of the nation’s largest medical schools.

Tim received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology, Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and Executive MBA from Rockhurst University.
