VanTrust promoted Josh Meredith to director, development, based in the Frisco office.
“Josh knows how to leverage his experience in real estate economics to build relationships with our partners at municipalities, architectural, contracting and engineering firms,” said Bill Baumgardner, executive vice president, Dallas at VanTrust. “He is well-positioned to expand our team’s growth to other Texas markets and beyond.”
While at VanTrust, Meredith has contributed to significant projects in North Texas totaling more than 2.06 million square feet, specifically DalParc I-20 Logistics and Commerce Center South in Dallas, and The Offices One and Two at Frisco Station in Frisco.
Prior to joining VanTrust, Meredith was a senior financial analyst with CBREs Capital Markets Institutional Properties Teams in Dallas and Houston, where he specialized in office and industrial institutional investment property sales.
Locally, he is active in several philanthropic and professional organizations, including Kershaw’s Challenge, First Tee of Dallas, Urban Land Institute and NAIOP North Texas.
Meredith earned his B.S. degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is an active member of the Touchdown Club.
Future plans for the SkyCenter development also include two hotels, shops, a convenience store and gas station.
