As Senior Director of Development for VanTrust’s Salt Lake City office, Tyler Williams’ primary responsibilities include the identification, evaluation, and execution of development and built-to-suit opportunities in VanTrust’s primary asset classes. Additional responsibilities include coordination with municipalities, leasing negotiations, and the management of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

Being in the commercial real estate business since 2006, Tyler is a valuable asset to have here at VanTrust. Prior to joining VanTrust, Tyler held roles at Holt Lunsford Commercial and CT Realty. After this, he started his position of Senior Director for Greystar, before eventually becoming President of Global Logistics Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Tyler obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah before completing his Master of Real Estate Development degree from Columbia University.
