Leslie Lanigan joined VanTrust in 2022 as the Project Controls Manager. She has extensive experience as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant in the areas of business, insurance defense, litigation, labor, employment, and contract law from her work with various law firms. Before joining the VanTrust team, Leslie spent six years working for another reputable commercial real estate firm in Phoenix, Arizona. 

As the Project Controls Manager, Leslie provides support to the Development and Development Services teams. Her key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of construction contracts and consultant agreements. She also monitors compliance, reviews and processes payment applications, tracks vendor invoices and much more pertaining to the development process. 

Leslie received her Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College in Indiana, where she also served as a liaison to the Paralegal Advisory Board Committee and as a member of the Presidential Corps.
