As Director of Development for the Dallas office of VanTrust, Josh is primarily responsible for identifying and evaluating development and build-to-suit opportunities throughout the Texas markets. Josh uses his expertise in real estate economics and connections in commercial real estate to coordinate with municipalities, negotiate leases, and oversee architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors at VanTrust.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Josh was a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Dallas and Houston Capital Markets Institutional Properties team. Josh specialized in institutional office and industrial investment property sales. Additionally, he worked as a Commercial Asset Analyst for Prescient, Inc., where he supported the FDIC Account in managing properties acquired from failed financial institutions.
