As Senior Director of Development Services for the Jacksonville VanTrust office, Dan Hart works closely with the development team to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of projects throughout the Southwest region. Dan is highly involved in the procuring, engagement, and oversight of third-party commercial contractors, designers, engineers, and consultants. 

Prior to joining VanTrust, Dan worked for Sauer Incorporated as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Design-Build Manager. There, he performed construction management of design-build and bid-build projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of the Navy with Sauer Incorporated’s Federal Division. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Florida.
