VanTrust acquired Vantage West, a 160-acre site in Buckeye, Arizona in 2015. The property is zoned for industrial uses and VanTrust plans to develop more than 2 million square feet of big box distribution space at the center. The site is located in the western portion of the Phoenix MSA and it has great access to Interstate 10, the primary trade route between California and Phoenix. Construction will begin in 2016 with the commencement of a water campus and other infrastructure necessary to serve the future buildings. Phase I building construction is slated for 2019 with the first phase of development delivered mid-2020.
