Terracon Consultants, Inc. corporate headquarters is a Class A, two-story, 63,000-square-foot office building located at 108th & Ridgeview Road in Olathe, Kansas. Terracon provides environmental, facilities, geo-technical, and materials services from more than 140 offices serving all 50 states. The new headquarters office houses ±190 employees. The 12.75-acre site will accommodate an additional ±60,000-square-foot future expansion. Each floor consists of ±31,250 square feet and is connected by an open staircase and a two-story lobby. The building features a private balcony overlooking a spacious outdoor patio and a pond. The site offers 4.5 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet. The design-build team of McCownGordon Construction and Finkle+Williams Architecture provided a new modern look that incorporates masonry, metal panels, and glass.
