Platte International Commerce Center is a 155-acre, logistics and distribution park in Platte City, Missouri. 3-4 Class A Industrial buildings accounting for 2.36M square feet will be available for leasing to tenants, with specific spacing availability from 50,000 to 1.3M square feet. These buildings will be part of a 16-Year Tax PILOT Abatement Program.

Building D is a +/- 396,342 RSF cross-dock, build-to-suit industrial building located in the northwest quadrant of the site.
