Exchange I-85 Future Phases
Exchange I-85 is an industrial development in the Anderson area of Greenville, South Carolina. Building 1 is a 289,000-square-foot rear-loaded speculative building, which was completed in 2020. Two speculative buildings are currently under construction within the logistics park. Building 2 will contain ±150,000 square feet on 13 acres and Building 3 will contain ±363,000 square feet on 34 acres. Both buildings will feature 32-foot clear height.
