Chandler Corporate Center – Phase I

 In May of 2016, VanTrust acquired a 26-acre parcel of land located at the Northwest corner of Chandler Boulevard and McClintock Road in Chandler, Arizona. Chandler Corporate Center’s location provides unparalleled access to shopping and hospitality amenities as well as being strategically positioned in proximity to Loops 101 and 202. For the first phase of development, VanTrust speculatively built a two-story, 118,000-square-foot office building on 11 acres. Allstate Insurance leased the building in its entirety and occupied in February of 2019. In June 2019, VanTrust sold phase one to Strategic Office Partners.
