Burns & McDonnell Phase II

VanTrust partnered with Burns & McDonnell on the expansion of their Kansas City corporate headquarters campus. Phase I broke ground in 2014, which included a four-story, 310,000-square-foot building. Phase II is now under construction and will include a four-story office building with the capacity to house 700+ people, increasing the size of the Burns & McDonnell world headquarters by 22%. It also includes a parking garage, premium conference rooms, large training rooms, smart technology, interactive features, collaboration spaces, adjustable desks and pullout furniture for informal teaming sessions.
