As Director of Development for the Jacksonville VanTrust office, Wade’s primary responsibilities include identification, evaluation and execution of development opportunities, oversight of listing brokers and coordination with jurisdictional municipalities. 

With more than ten years of commercial real estate experience, including seven years as corporate services broker for Colliers, Wade is well-versed in leasing, dispositions and acquisitions for both quasi-government agencies and private companies. His two most significant clients were the Jacksonville Transportation Authority and Ascension Health. 

Prior to his real estate career, he was involved in politics, living and working in Washington, DC. He held several positions over a twelve-year span for groups including the United States Congress, a Presidential Transition Team, the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
